My Question or Issue

I have recently created an account and i am trying to activate a Curry promotion but I keep getting a message saying i am not eligible.

Why is this?

I have tried the online support chat and this wasn't helpful, I couldn't be provided with an answer.

I have the same problem. Recevied my code lats month, tried to activate and have the same error - looks like your not eligible.

I have tried all the following

I have created 4 new accounts > created new account in gmail and started the redeem process

I just resolved this. Make sure pop-up blocker isn't on in the browser. After creating you Spotify account\ singing in from the Curry's link, you should see a new pop-up window for entering credit card details. If you don't then it wont work and you get the you're not eligible message. Don't log into Spotify and add payment details in there as it will sign you up for the 1 month trial and you will need to create another account with possible different payment details - I went through their chat and ended up with that mess!
