Accidentally signed up fro premium instead of family premium

My Question or Issue

I signed up thinking I was signing up for family premium but I signed up for the regular premium. I paid for a whole year in advance. How can I get this changed to be a family premium instead? Thanks!

When you upgrade your subscription from regular Premium to Premium Family, any remaining time you've already paid for is converted into a Premium Family subscription.

Thanks! I will try that later today or tomorrow. I am not sure if I can right now as my subscription works but when I look on my account page there subscription info. From what I understand the first three tabs on the left side of my account page should be 1) Account Overview 2) Subscriptions 3) Edit Profile. Mine currently has no subscription option listed/

That's odd.

I'd recommend making sure that you're signed into the right account when accessing the Account Overview.
