Spotify Family and Separated Parents

I would very much like to get a family plan for myself and my two daughters, but I am separated from their mum and they only live with me part of the time. How will this work with Family Plan, or am I not able to use the family plan because of the split time at different addresses

Hey @Drew71, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

The Premium Family plan will only work if all members on the plan reside at the same physical address at the time of signup.

If you would like to get a Family plan with your daughters, I'd recommend signing them up the next time they're at your location. Once they are, you can get them started here.

After they're signed up at your located, you can feel free to let them use Premium Family even if they're at another parent's house.
