I need help with accessing video content

I do not have access to videos on Spotify. I've followed all of the "guides" but they just are not available to me. I am paying for a premium membership. There's no category to browse videos, podcasts only show audio options, there are no documentaries or music videos anywhere.

I went to chat with Spotify support and the agent seemed confused and wasn't even aware that Spotify had video content.

Can anyone here help me with this?

Thanks for reaching out to us and welcome to the Community!

We have two types of videos in the app. We have Canvas clips that show in the background of songs and that you can turn on and off with the steps here.

There're also some videos for the desktop version in a few of our editorial playlists. For example this spotify:user:spotify:playlist:37i9dQZF1DX1lVhptIYRda.

We're still working on adding more videos in the app, so keep that in mind if you don't stumble upon them too often.
