This is now my third time attempting to sign up for a 6 month trial with my xbox live offers every single time i click the link it brings me to this website where a 3 month offer is all i can get.. I have not had premium nor do i have plans to since the free version has shown me how **bleep** the service is. Even finding music is a joke type in closing time i get 1000 results the song titled closing time by semisonic i think? Is literally ten minutes to find... Why on Earth would it have 100+ things that have neither closing or time in it??? Anyway the false advertising is getting old and you guys need to stop

Thank you for reporting this to us. If you've never had Premium before you should be able to use the offer and we'll do our best to help you.

Can you start by giving this a shot in a different browser or in an incognito window? We'd also recommend redeeming the code using a computer.

If your issue persist, could you also send us the URL you get when you try redeeming the come? Just make sure to remove the code if it's visible.
