    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Plan&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Premium&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Device&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;IPhone 7 plus&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;My Question or Issue&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've been payed 2 times this month for my spotify account on 3.6.2020 and 17.6.2020 on my card i dont know why this is happening so could this be fixed since i dont want to pay 20.00 Euros for one account per month.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks, Wcsfinland&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Search for one of them in your email account. In it, the Spotify username you're paying for is shown:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;PRE&gt;Username/ID:        xxxxxxx&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/PRE&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you're getting charged twice, it probably means you're paying more than one account.       <description>Hey&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I don't have my card details on any other accounts but it did say to me that the payment couldnt go through twice in the same month i checked the payment details the first time and then it went through and then the same thing came up again the second time in the same month so i dont know why this is happening to me but could it be fixed somehow?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks wcsfinland-215</description>
