    <description>Is this still correct? If I create a family account and invite my children to join it will they still keep their playlists?</description>

      <title>Invite Code not working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My son had his own Student Premium account. As we are deciding to use Spotify as well and have our other kids on the plan, we are trying to switch our older son from his Student account to our family plan.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We canceled his account so that he is not billed any more. Then we sent him a an invite to join our family plan.&amp;nbsp; When he clicks on the Accept Invite button in his email it loads his account page but other than menus to other places there is no content on the page. The invite code is not loading and no action is taken.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What does he need to do in order to accept the invite code we sent him?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Wanted to close the loop on this. I had to reach out to Spotify directly.&amp;nbsp; Two issues here.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;First, even though we canceled his Student membership, it was still active for another two weeks and the accept code wont work until his account says it is on the Free version.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Second, not sure if this was an internet explorer issue or a caching issue, but it still would not work. Same blank page. We had to use a different computer and chrome to get it to work.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;With &lt;A href="https://support.spotify.com/article/premium-family/" target="_blank"&gt;Premium Family&lt;/A&gt; all members of the plan get&amp;nbsp;their own personal account, so if your kids already&amp;nbsp;have a Spotify account, they can join your Family plan with that and keep their music collection&amp;nbsp;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":musical_notes:"&gt;🎶&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
