      <title>3month trial fails</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;when my mum has entered her payment details and presses confirm subscription to start the 3 month premium trial, it keeps saying it failed. the payment details are correct and work with everything else, she hasn’t had a trial before either. we tried it on both her phone and laptop, also my phone but it still doesn’t work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Plan&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Free&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Country&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Australia&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Device&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Iphone XR&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
