(iPhone 8, Samsung Galaxy 9, Macbook Pro late 2016)

Operating System: iOS 10

(iOS 10, Android Oreo, Windows 10,etc.)

My Question or Issue

I have subscribed Spotify since last year and used the student premium service. A couple of weeks ago, I realized that I have not gotten a student discount for 3 months. I paid $5.42 with student premium service. Last couple of months, which are March, April, and May, I paid $10.86. I did not get any email that I need verified student discount. May I get money back $16.32?
