The only thing I can think of is the name of the card holder has changed and there is no option to change this when try to upgrade the account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could this be the reason why the new card details fail and is there a way to change the name of the card holder on the account?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If you have another card, could you try using that and see if it goes through. If not then i would recommend contacting Spotify Support&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://support.spotify.com/contact-spotify-support/" target="_self"&gt;(click here)&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp; and have them look into why your card is not allowing you to pay for your plan.&amp;nbsp; (Click on i still need help to submit a ticket)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also before you submit a ticket, make sure that your card is accepted by Spotify.&amp;nbsp; Just in case they changed it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Keanu_C&lt;/P&gt;</description>
