&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-weight: 400;"&gt;Can you start by taking a look at your &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.spotify.com/account/subscription/receipt/" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-weight: 400;"&gt;Receipts page&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-weight: 400;"&gt;? If you don't see the payment there, it means that it hasn't gone through successfully on our end.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;In this case, we'd recommend speaking with your payment provider to establish the status of your payment and get a refund if needed.&lt;/P&gt;
