My Question or Issue

i have downgraded to free because of this matter; everytime i enter my payment method details then hit submit, it takes FOREVER to load and if i left it for days i guess it wont load.

Sometimes data in your browser can cause the payment page to not respond correctly. An easy way to avoid this is using a private or incognito browser window. This page has all the instructions on how to open one.

A good idea would also be to try a different browser or another device if that's an option.
