Hi there @runiback!

Thanks for posting, Are you able to reach your colleagues to ask them to check your account overview to ensure they experience no disruption and can also double check that the charge is them and cancelling if possible?

If not or your not sure, you'll need to reach out to Spotify directly and they'll be able to investigate where the charges have come from and suspend the charges if possible, they may require information from a bank statement in order to trace the charge. You can reach Spotify by using option 3 or 4 here and they'll be able to assist further.

Have an awesome rest of the week.

I have problem, because I have only two accounts in spotify (two different emails) and none of them have a payment subscription. Dispite it, a fee is charged each month. This is probably subscription of my colleague, but im not sure. Is it possible to cancel payment without cancelling subscription in account (I cant do it), based on only proof of transfer?
