    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ive been trying to subscribe the student yearly plan.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, i am not able to make the payment. It says my card does not allow monthly subscription but I have subscribed to other platforms as well and it works fine.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you please do something about it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a flight to catch in a day and I really do not want to sit idle and not being able to listen to some music in the plane!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Looking forward to a prompt reply,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;regards!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Shreya&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Please note that it can take up to 48 hours to get a reply.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
