I need to cancel my subscription but am unable to access the account with the subscription (it’s not this account). Can someone please help? Thanks

Sorry to hear your having issues and that you wish to cancel.

Are you able to get into your account at all? And if so what happens when you try to cancel?

Hi,

No I’m not able to access the account at all. It is still logged in on my
PS4 but I can’t find a way to cancel or even look at the email address used
for the account..
