Trouble redeeming Spotify Gift Card

Hello, I'm currently using Spotify premium with a 3 month gift card which will expire on 1 October. I recently bought another 3 month gift card and when I tried redeeming the pin number, it won't work. Please help.

I recommend first trying to redeem your gift card here using a different browser or a private window.

If that doesn't help, I suggest following the steps provided in this support article under “Not working?”

If this issue still occurs, could you reply with a screenshot of the error message that you see? Make sure to hide sensitive information when posting in the Spotify Community.

Update: I've contacted Spotifycares on Twitter and the issue has been resolved. Thank you for your help!
