Can’t start my subscription

My Question or Issue

I wanted to get the premium subscription, so I bought my self a Spotify gift card. I went on to the site and redeemed the code. After I did that I wanted to subscribe but the only payment methods listed were with a credit card or paypal. Now I don’t know how to actually use the code to subscribe. I’ve been trying for like ten days and I’m scared that my code is going to run out. All the help is appreciated:)

You should be able to redeem your Gift Card at https://www.spotify.com/redeem/.

i actually already redeemed my code but it’s still not working. I don’t know what went wrong

Thanks for letting me know.

Sounds like you've got multiple accounts and redeemed the Gift Card on one of them, but are currently logged into another.

I'd recommend checking out this support article about finding accounts. Additionally, you can check the Receipts page to see if a Gift Card was redeemed on an account.
