My Question or Issue

so i went to buy an activation code and its an older one witch still requires a reciept. i dodnt know this at the time and thus didnt ask for the reciept. is there anything i can do. i dont want the 30€ to go to waste?

To confirm, you purchased a gift card, and you aren’t able to redeem it because the gift card code was on the receipt? If this is the case, can you let me know if you still have the gift card with you?

Hey @lewiskaeden,

In this case, I'd recommend going back to the store and ask them for a receipt which includes the gift card code. If the gift card doesn't have the code on it, Spotify won't be able to assist you unless there is a receipt or another proof of purchase.

Whenever you have time, you can go to the place you brought the gift card and let me know what happens there.
