If the gift card doesn't have the code on it, Spotify won't be able to assist you unless there is a receipt or another proof of purchase.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Whenever you have time, you can go to the place you brought the gift card and let me know what happens there.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'll be standing by!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
