PIN on gift card not readable

My gift card, which I received from a friend and therefore do not have a receipt for, of $30 USD had two characters of its PIN scratched off while I was trying to read it. Now, the PIN is unreadable and I cannot redeem the gift card for anything. Any way I am able to salvage this and still redeem the card?

Can you try following these steps > Not working? section? From there, there should be an option to get in touch with Customer Support to get further help. I would highly advise to get some sort of proof of purchase for that gift card so that Spotify can verify.
