My Question or Issue

I would like to change my due date payment. I saw an answer where suggested to cancel my subscription and reset it again on the day I want to be charged. But I would like to know if by doing that, my account could lose the information.

You can read about how to change your payment date in this support article, under “Change billing date.” You're right that to do this, you need to cancel your current subscription, and then resubscribe to Premium on the day when you’d like to be charged.

No worries, canceling your subscription and then re-subscribing to Premium on your preferred day would not cause you to lose any saved content, including music and playlists.
