Please note that it can take up to 48 hours to get a reply.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Apparently Ive been paying for regular premium for 5 months now even thought I qualify for a student account. However I did not receive a notification that my premium account was coming to an end.
