Tentei navegador no modo anônimo, tanto pelo notebook quanto pelo próprio celular. Vi nos meus antigos recibos que, não sei a razão, mas minha conta estava sendo cobrada em um endereço na Suécia. Mandei deslogar de todos os dispositivos, apaguei a conta - perdendo todas as minhas playlists - e criei uma nova, com outro e-mail, e ainda assim &lt;STRONG&gt;nada&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Quando tento o pagamento pelo Nubank, recebo até mesmo a mensagem do aplicativo do banco afirmando que o Ebanx/Spotify verificou se meu cartão estava ativo e "confirmamos que está tudo certo". Mas, na hora do pagamento, falha. Tentei débito Bradesco, falha. Tentei crédito Bradesco, falha.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Essa é a minha última tentativa. Se não resolver rapidamente, migro por Deezer.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Aliás, é muito difícil e ruim entrar em contato com o suporte. O FAQ não ajuda e não existe um endereço de e-mail pra encaminhar as reclamações. Não foi aceito pq? faltou saldo? informações incorretas? CPF está com situação irregular na receita?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;A questão é, existe algum motivo para não mostrar ao usuário qual foi o motivo da falha?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Como uma empresa como o Spotify não ter essa preocupação mínima com user experience? Cadê o Design Thinking, jornada do usuário, ou qualquer outra coisa de UX?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;FAQ/Trouble shooting muito genérico/vago, sem informações relevantes para o usuário resolver o seu problema.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Incrível como pode uma empresa não resolver problema de usuários que querem pagar pelo serviço (assim como eu), sendo o MRR seu principal (ou único) fonte de faturamento. Se não resolver isso logo, serei apenas mais um no índice de Churn.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Estou com o mesmo problema, coloco o cartão de crédito, uso o mesmo cartão para outros serviços como Netflix e Uber por exemplo e tudo funciona normalmente. CPF normal, cartão funcionando, enfim.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Fiquei um tempo como Premium e voltei para conta free e agora quero voltar para o premium e não consigo.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Já fiz tudo o que orientam, tudo mesmo e nada resolve, o problema é com o Spotify e pelo visto muita gente está tendo o mesmo problema já que essa pergunta está recorrente no fórum.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Keep in mind that payments with Boleto&amp;nbsp;can take up to 5 working days to process (not including weekends or public holidays). It's also worthwhile to check with your bank to see if your&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;card is enabled for foreign, secure online, and recurring purchases, as @Jermey suggested.&lt;/P&gt;
