I currently manage my Spotify family plan but I will be moving to Norway for my studies for 2 years whereas my family will stay in India.

My Question or Issue

Can I and my family still use the premium family plan? Is there any better way to handle this situation?

Welcome to the Community 🙂

The Premium Family plan is only for users who live at the same physical address. In this case, you'd need to cancel your current subscription following these steps.

Once your account reverts to the free service, all of the sub-accounts will revert to the free service as well. Afterwards, one of your family members can subscribe as the owner and add the others to the plan again.

Keep in mind that Premium Family members will only be able to switch plans once in 12 months.
