&lt;P&gt;Could you let us know if the same error message comes up when you try updating your &lt;A href="https://support.spotify.com/article/manage-payments/" target="_blank"&gt;payment info&lt;/A&gt; using an &lt;A href="https://community.spotify.com/t5/Spotify-Answers/What-is-quot-Private-quot-or-quot-Incognito-quot-browsing/ta-p/4587453#:~:text=Some%20browsers%20call%20it%20Incognito,are%20a%20completely%20new%20user." target="_blank"&gt;incognito tab &lt;/A&gt;or a different device altogether? Sometimes data stored in you browser can cause such issues and this is a simple way to avoid them.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;It's also a good idea to check with your bank and make sure that the card is enabled for secure international transactions and has sufficient coverage.&lt;/P&gt;
