    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Plan&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Started as Free, then as Premium.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Country&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Russia&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Device&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Samsung SM-A505FN, but I tried to pay via Website&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Operating System&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Windows 10 Pro&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;My Question or Issue&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I started as Free. The first time I needed to pay subscription - I couldn't. I use Sberbank. Asked them, maybe they had troubles on their site - no. I tried Visa Digital and Visa Classic.&lt;BR /&gt;Attached screenshot. My selected region is Russia. Also tried change language on website (Eng/Rus) - without results.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
