My Question

Im having problems with my duo plan. Im the manager and im sharing my account with my brother, but he didnt use his account for a long time. Now he is trying to use his account again but apparently is not part of the duo plan and we dont know why.

Im paying for 2 accounts and I dont have the power to control my subscription. In my profile it says that another user is the admin of my account, what should I do?
