The bank card it was linked with has expired. Upon renewing it the simple premium option was set up and charged accordingly. When I noticed I checked the offers and decided to upgrade to Duo. The same day I got charged to the Duo amount too, which&amp;nbsp;I was OK with as I was at fault not checking what I was subscribing for initially. The problem is that this month again I got charged twice. When I check my account details it only lists the duo subscription, so I'm not sure how to get the money back for this month and how to make sure going forward I only get charged for the Duo?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;T&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
