My Question or Issue

I bought two codes at Aldi Suisse for 13 Chf each.

For the continuing the premium duo account for another two month.

I wanted to enable the codes on the website but when I am doing that I am getting an error message that something went wrong and I should contact the support. So here I am. Two useless codes. Wasted money. Any help for a solution would be great.

Hey @SkJoey, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

The reason you're seeing that message is because you're on a Premium Duo plan.

Spotify gift cards are only for Premium Individual plans. You can’t use them for Premium Student, Premium Family, Premium Duo, or trial offers.
