Redeem gift cards pin error

I recently bought a gift card from a retailer and they gave me a slip with the card number and the pin I tried to redeem the pin won't.

I recommend first trying the suggestions provided in this support article, under “Not working?”

If you still get an error message when you try redeeming your gift card, can you attach a screenshot of the error message that you see? You can attach the image to your next reply by using the Insert Photos option in the post editor; though make sure to hide sensitive information when posting on the Community.
