      <title>Cannot change to Premium Duo</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Am on Premium plan,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;am getting the following message,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;"&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Unable to change plans. This could be because you're not eligible for this plan, you're already on it, or you don't have a stored payment method."&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I trid cancelling my plan, entering via incognito broswer and nothingis working,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;please advise how I can get this setup,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I live in Spain, accesing via Chrome on Windows 10&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thankyou!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
