My Question or Issue

I had Annual Subscription last year. when to check account to see when i have to pay for it for this year and its saying not subscription so i when to sub once more there is not Annual Subscription anymore. Can anyone help me find it thanks.

Thanks for reaching out.

You might be logged into the wrong account. It's possible to create multiple Spotify accounts, each with their own login details, saved music, and subscription plans.

If it doesn't show any subscription on your account overview and instead only indicates a Free plan while you can use the Premium features in the app, it's definitely what I described above 🙂

In that case, I'd recommend trying to use other login info that you frequently use, making sure the email address that is being used is the same both in the app and on the website etc.

it is the right account as i only have one. Anyway the issue i am having is that i can not find Annual Subscription anywhere. I had it last year. it's like Spotify kicked me off the Annual Subscription for some reason.

Any help with this would be great.

Just to clarify, are you able to use Premium features in the app or only the Free ones?
