Hi,

I signed up for a 4 month Premium trial because I found a promotion with Xbox Gamepass Ultimate. I paid through PayPal using a prepaid debit I had linked, and I looked at my prepaid debit card, and there is a pending order/transaction? It has been 5 days and I can’t buy anything because of the pending order, and my card has money. Help would be appreciated.
