Pongo un comentario aquí porque resido en las Islas Canarias y me están cobrando el IVA, pese a ser ilegal. En territorio canario se debe cobrar el IGIC, sea esta empresa sueca o de cualquier lugar.

Con este comentario quiero solicitar el reembolso de la diferencia por todo el tiempo que me han estado cobrando el IVA y no el IGIC, y que se empiece a cobrar el IGIC a quien corresponde, pues no tengo porque estar pagando un impuesto que no me corresponde

Sé de más usuarios que están en esta misma situación y que incluso han llevado la situación a consumo, porque a pesar de ponerse en contacto con Spotify no han obtenido solución.

Excuse me Peter but the post you mentioned is very old... as in other streaming platforms, the bill of your customers has to be charged with the tax-rate corresponding to the address or location where your customer has been registered.
So, for example, in The Canary Islands is 7%. If your bill program doesn’t let you do this, you can give a month free as other platforms do (like Hbo...). You can read more about Canary Islands vat (IGIC) on the internet... European law explains more about it.
