First time free trial

Currently there is promotion for 3 month for the first timer spotify premium subscription.

but when i want to register and after fill in my credit card information, it stated that i have used the free trial before.

As far i know i never subscribe to any spotify premium before and how can i know that i used to subcribe in the past.

You can check your emails and search for "Spotify" to see if you have subscribed to Premium in the past. Also, do you remember paying for someone else's Premium subscription?
