[iOS][Partnership] Simultaneous listening on Duo not working

I switched from a premium account to a premium duo account and invited my partner to join. It seems like they successfully created an account and joined on the duo plan.

However, when they are listening on their phone I can't listen on mine and vice-versa. Additionally, if they listen to a podcast, it will show up as "Played" on my account, or I'll see when they stopped listening to it.

I thought with Duo we each had separate accounts and could use Spotify independently of one another?

Thanks for reaching out.

With Spotify Duo, you can listen to different content at the same time, when using two different accounts.

In this case, I'd recommend that you both log out of the Spotify app on your devices and then log back in, making sure that you both use different login credentials.
