    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ive signed up and I’m paying for a Duo account, however on my a count settings my plan is still listed as premium and it is behaving as premium (only one user at a time can stream) How in the world so I sort this as it’s driving us nuts and we’re not getting what we are paying for.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;IB.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.spotify.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/24855103"&gt;@IB_1&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks for coming to the Community &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;With Premium Duo, e&lt;SPAN&gt;ach person on the plan gets their own Premium account, so no one shares a password and everyone keeps their own saved music and playlists.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The plan manager can invite or remove members on their Duo page.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Go to your &lt;A href="https://www.spotify.com/account/duo/invite/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;account page&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Select &lt;STRONG&gt;Spotify Premium Duo&lt;/STRONG&gt; in the menu on&amp;nbsp;the left.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Under &lt;STRONG&gt;People on this plan&lt;/STRONG&gt;, select the option to invite or remove someone.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;Invited members get a link to join, where they need to:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Log in to (or sign up for) their own account&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Confirm their full address&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;If those instructions don't seem to be working, please post a screenshot of &lt;A href="https://www.spotify.com/account/subscription/change/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;this page&lt;/A&gt; and make sure to redact any sensitive info (e.g. details of your payment method), if visible.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Let me know how it goes!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
