      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Country&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Brazil&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;My Question or Issue&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;EM&gt;English:&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I upgraded to &lt;SPAN&gt;Premium on Saturday by scanning the barcode on the boleto and did not receive any feedback, but because it was not a working day I left it to check today, on Monday. I'm still without any feedback on the payment, I don't know if it was confirmed by the platform. How should I proceed?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Português:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Fiz a atualização para o Premium no Sábado pela digitalização do código de barras do boleto e não recebi nenhum tipo de retorno, mas por não ser dia útil deixei para conferir hoje, na segunda-feira. Ainda estou sem nenhum retorno sobre o pagamento, não sei se foi confirmado pela plataforma. Como deveria prosseguir?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
