Annoying Pop Up Notifications on Android on Premium

My Question or Issue

My issue is that in the past two days I've been presented with a spotify pop-up advertisement on my in app.

The most recent one said something to the effect of "never miss an announcement, turn on spotify notifications now".

I can live without notifications, that's why I turned all my notification settings off, and by spamming me with push notifications to turn on notifications is most obviously going to make me less likely to turn on notifications.

The previous pop up was for some podcast or another.

Spamming users with advertising on a paid "ad free" plan is rather poor and is giving me a very sour opinion of the spotify brand.

Thanks for the post.

To turn off all notifications go into the Spotify app on mobile, go to Home > Settings > Notifications and switch everything Off.
