Spotify Duo cannot invite user

My Question or Issue

I have just signed up for the Premium Duo subscription, and I cannot add my partner to the account. I have tried to follow the instructions here: https://support.spotify.com/dk-en/article/invite-remove-duo-member/

But I believe they are outdated. When I select Spotify Premium Duo (it does not appear in a menu on the left, as the instructions indicate). And no where does it say People on this plan - and I do not see any option to invite or remove someone.

I have tried chatting with the Spotify bot which is horrible, and keeps asking 'how can we help you today' repeatedly without answering anything I respond.

Can you try from an incognito/private window, alternative a different device to see if the issue persist?
