&lt;P&gt;We suggest trying to subscribe again using a different browser and an incognito/private window in the browser. If the issue persists, try from a different device and another Internet connection.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;In case you still see that error, just to confirm, has your account reverted to free already? If not, you can see the date when your account will be reverted to free in your account overview page &lt;A href="https://www.spotify.com/account/overview/" target="_blank"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt;. Once your account reverts to free, you can try to get the yearly subscription again.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Plan&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Current plan is premium 199/month&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Country&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;India&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Device&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;OnePlus 8T&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Operating System&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Android 11&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;My Question or Issue&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I had the monthly subscription of 199/month in India. Now based on the new RBI guidelines, banks have stopped recurring payments. So I thought I'll move to the once in 12 month individual plan but when I try to do so, it says I can't pick that plan.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried cancelling my current subscription. It now says I'm a free user. Yet, I still can't pick the yearly individual plan.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The app was showing that I'm a free user but still I'm not able to select annual plan.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I ended up paying for a month as I needed to download the songs for a trip. However I want to buy the annual plan and not pay per month. Please let me know how I can do that .&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Once the month you've paid for finishes you can try to purchase the prepaid yearly subscription again. If you don't see the option, try using an incognito window, as this disables all cached information and cookies in your current browsing session.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If that doesn't worn and you still don't see the options try using another device or connect to a different network.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Make sure you're not using a VPN. It's best if you try subscribing from a computer.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
