I have duo for few mothts and i invited my gf to join it. She joined it but on the app she still has spotify free

Can you ask your girlfriend to log out and then back in to see if the issue persists?

If she's still on our free version it's possible that she has more than 1 account. We suggest that she head over to this article and follow the steps that's provided in it.

Hi. We found the problem, she had 2 email accounts. Now its working ok
