3 Month trial

I saw the add about the 3 month free trail, which i was interested in. I did everything i needed to do, paid the 0,01 euro etc. But when i go to my account it still says i don't have spotify premium, it even says i paid when i go to payment receipts saying it'll charge 9,99 after the 3 months. Does it take time to give me premium or something? What do i do? Thank you in advanced for all suggestions.

Whenever you sign up for a trial or a full subscription, it should activate right away. To start, it's worth making sure that you've accessed the correct account, you can try checking the email/username registered on your Account Overview and log in again in the app with that information.

If the issue persists after doing this, then we suggest you contact the folks from Customer Support who can take a deeper look into your account. Here is the link.
