&lt;P&gt;Hope you don't mind us replying in English, as it's the language we currently give support on.&amp;nbsp;You managed to cancel the Premium one and now want to cancel the Family one because you're having troubles logging in. Is this correct?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If it is, we suggest you don't cancel the Family account as it could cause troubles to your family members. In this case, we can help you sort out the issue you're having logging in.&lt;/P&gt;

Dříve jsem si založila účet individual a platila jsem ho ze své karty později jsem s rodinnou založila premium family a bohužel od té doby mi strháváte peníze za oba účty, přitom využívám pouze premium family. Bylo by možné dohledat a zrušit platbu toho individual, ale mám problém i s přihlášením nebo jestli lze zrušit přes kartu všechny platby a založit&amp;nbsp; úplně nový účet na jinou kartu.
