Hey there @Nhat357,

Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community.

You need to go online at least once every 30 days to keep your downloads. This applies for each individual account, so you need to go online on your own account. In this case, your siblings being online wouldn't count for your account.

Plan

Family Premium

USA

Device

Iphone 13

Operating System

(iOS 10, Android Oreo, Windows 10,etc.)

My Question or Issue

Correct me if I’m wrong, after 30 days of offline, my music will automatically be removed from download: even if my plan is on auto renew. Right?

If it requires my account to connect, does it matter which account is logged on? For example: I have a trip coming up, and I don’t know if I can come online within 30 days. However, I have a family plan on auto renew and my siblings will continue to be online. Will that count as my account being online as well? Or will it only count for them, and not me?
