&lt;P&gt;If you've signed up for Spotify Premium through Spotify directly it should kick in immediately after confirming your payment details and the first payment goes through. Note that this might take up to 24 hours depending on the payment method.&lt;/P&gt; 
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt; 
&lt;P&gt;If the payment still hasn't gone through by then you can reach out to our customer support team &lt;A href="https://support.spotify.com/article/contact-us/" target="_blank"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt;. They'll be able to have a look backstage and check what's going on exactly &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
