    <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Plan&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Premium Duo&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Country&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;USA&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;My Question or Issue&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;I have been signed up with Premium Duo &amp;amp; everything was fine until today.&amp;nbsp; I recieved an email saying my card was denied.&amp;nbsp; I got the card changed but what I didn't notice was that instead of renewing my Premium Duo it renewed me with an individual account.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I then went into my account &amp;amp; changed it to the Premium Duo &amp;amp; now my partner that was on my Duo plan is now on a free plan.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I NEED HELP!!!!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Sorry to hear that your payment failed and you had to go through this process of renewing your plan.&lt;/P&gt; 
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt; 
&lt;P&gt;What you need to do is send a new invitation to your partner, so that they can join the new Duo plan. They should open the link on their own device.&lt;/P&gt; 
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
