      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Plan&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Free/Premium&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Country&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Poland&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Operating System&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;(Android and Windows10)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;My Question or Issue&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;I received message that is the problem with my debit card payment for Spotify Premium.&lt;BR /&gt;I entered my debit card for payment details again and I received "Payment failed" error too. I tred it on different browsers with browser in private/incognito mode too. Not work for me. However, I contacted my bank and they have not received any transaction request from Spotify. Also they check and everything is ok with my debit card and card works everywhere that I have tried, except Spotify.&lt;BR /&gt;What should I do to make the payment correctly?&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;On monday I tried again to enter my debit card details, the same browser, internet connection etc. and then everything works fine. Maybe that was temporary problems.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
