Unable to put payment method

I am unable to put in my payment method , it keeps showing it can’t connect. i have tried using my laptop, still the same result and I have tried using incognito mode still the same result can’t put my card details

Just to make sure, are you using a stable internet connection? Can you try using another connection?

Also, do you have a different payment method that you can try using?

I have a stable internet connection.

I can’t event out my payment method cause it just keeps loading then it will show that

Hey @Rosyangulo2, if you experience difficulties paying, it's always a good idea to check the requirements a payment method needs to meet as well as the tips posted on this support page.

Overall, if everything else fails, you'll need to get in touch with your payment provider to request a check why the payment is actually failing and it might be necessary to try a different option.
