Premium Mini payment won't reflect.

My Question or Issue

I paid for premium mini about 24 hours ago, twice. But my account is still not showing the payment. My friend too did the same, and she has the same problem.

Has premium mini bee disabled?? Or is there a bug in the system?? Kindly assist.

The payment is also not showing on my Spotify receipts, but I used M-Pesa payment as I always do.

Thanks for reaching out about this in the Community!

Can you let us know if you're still having issues with this or do you now have access to your Premium features? Sometimes it takes the system more time to register subscription changes.

Also let us know what devices you're using.

Keep us posted on how you get on.

happened to me too two days ago
paid using mpesa and never reflected on the app while money got deducted now I'm afraid of paying again
