      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey there &lt;a href="https://community.spotify.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/25270485"&gt;@caemere&lt;/a&gt;,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks for sharing this issue with the Community.&lt;BR /&gt;Using no Premium while somehow still paying for it can indeed be quite frustrating, sorry to see this is happening to you.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If your Premium was cancelled and the card is not linked to the account, you may very well be paying for another account.&lt;BR /&gt;The second account can be either yours or someone else's.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;We'd advise checking this and if no ideas come to mind, you may contact our &lt;A href="https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/" target="_blank"&gt;support folks&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;BR /&gt;They'll ask you for some payment details for verification purposes and then they'll let you know what has happened and how the situation can best be mended.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Let us know if anything else comes up in the meantime &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Many thanks &amp;amp; cheers!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
